2012 mtvU Woodie Awards 1080i HDTV DD2.0 MPEG2



The 2012 mtvU Woodie Awards returned to Austin, Texas, during the South by Southwest Music Festival, to honor and highlight the music voted 'best' by the US college audience!

The Woodies Awards kicked off on March 15 during the SXSW Music Festival with live performances by Santigold, Mac Miller and Steve Aoki, following a full-day of music by Woodie Award Festival performers including fun., A$AP Rocky, WALK THE MOON, Wallpaper., Chiddy Bang, Gary Clark Jr., Kimbra, Ed Sheeran, Dev, MGK, Imagine Dragons, and of Verona.

The 2012 mtvU Woodie Awards Special aired on Sunday, March 18 as DJ Pauly and Dev hosted the night's biggest winners and performances by Mac Miller, Santigold, and Steve Aoki. Plus Vanessa Hudgens, Kat Graham, Mike Posner, B.o.B., Mac Miller, Cobra Starship, Chiddy Bang, J. Cole and MGK paid homage to the up-and-coming bands they love, and DJ Pauly D will spun fresh tracks throughout the special.
